Getting Close

Less than 2 weeks left before I leave for Parris Island. I think at this point I'm as prepared as I'll ever be...in three short months (though it will probably seem much longer) I will be a Marine. I've set two goals for myself while I'm there.
1) to graduate - probably a given for anyone going into training and...
2) be honor grad - the top graduate of my training platoon. Only the honor grad is issued a set of dress blues at boot camp and promoted to Lance Corporal (E-3)...
